TEMPORARY SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy in Effect During the Canada Post Strike 2024

Effective November 15, 2024, we’ve made arrangements with trusted local delivery couriers across Canada to ensure your packages are delivered on time, despite the Canada Post strike.

This temporary policy will remain in effect until the strike is resolved.

FREE Shipping: Enjoy free shipping across Canada and the U.S. on all orders over $150.
Flat Fee for Orders Under $150:
- $12 for orders within Canada.
- $15 for orders to the U.S.
FedEx Shipping Option: For added convenience, we offer the option to ship with FedEx.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. All express (next day) orders must be submitted by 11 am EST to be dispatched the same day.

TORONTO/GTA SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer local pickup for Toronto/GTA residents. Your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. We will send you a text when your order is ready. If you need your order sooner, please add a note with your order or send us an email at hello@dariaday.com noting your order number in the subject line.

**Local pickup is only available Monday through Thursday from 7PM to 9PM and Sunday 3PM to 6PM*

USA SHIPPING

All orders to the US are shipped via USPS First Class. A flat fee of $15 is applied to all orders less than $150

All orders over $150 ship FREE via USPS First Class.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (excluding the US)

We ship Worldwide! All international orders ship via FedEX.

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Daria Day and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For more information on these fees, please contact FedEX

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Daria Day and any original shipping time estimates.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Daria Day, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

GIFTS

If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. To prevent penalty by law we are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.
