Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Daria Day jewelry. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Jewelry must be in its original state without any signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Refund will be made to the original form of tender.

Returns must be post marked within 30 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed.

Please note that all sale items, promotion sales, sample sale, gift cards are final sale and can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

How do I start the refund process?

Simply email us to begin the process. Once we receive your email, we will email you a return label. 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned order, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.  But, please note that after we have processed your return it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed by your bank or credit card company. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund or store credit! Keep in mind holiday volume may affect return processing, we appreciate your patience!
